Do You Have Free Cologne and Beard Balm Testers?
We do not have samples of our fragrances, however, you may purchase gift sets of three ½ oz tins of colognes and beard balms. They come in a handsome cigar-type box. Retailers do have testers of our products. Stop by your local gift shop, and if they don’t carry our products, perhaps suggest they check us out.
What’s in this Stuff?
Ingredients are listed on each product page. If you have a specific question that is not found on our website, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All of our products are paraben, dye, SLS, and alcohol free. Some of our products contain fragrance, and it is phthalate free. Please keep all products out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Colognes and Balms
Solid Cologne, beard balms, and B’ver Balm may soften in heat, and will return to original state at room temperature. Product scent will fade when frozen, and return to original state when thawed.
We ship within Canada via Canpar, FEDEX or Canada Post from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, and in the USA from Kansas City, MO via FEDEX or USPS. Your order will usually ship within 24 business hours, except for the period immediately following the Dragons’ Den episode airing on October 19th, 2016. We will strive to ship your order within five business days during high volume periods.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at 1.705-761-5005 and quote your order number.

How do I return my order?

The Barn-saving Project FAQ
I have a barn that needs saving, and a great idea of how to turn it into a business once it’s restored.
How do I apply to the barn-saving program?
Applications to participate in the barn-saving program are not yet open. We are still in the process of restoring our own barns, and creating a business model that can be used for other barns across North America. We hope to have a program in place sometime during 2017. Please sign up of our newsletter to follow progress and receive announcements.
How much money have you saved for the barn project?
As of October, 2017, no money has been saved for the barns. 100% of the earnings from the company have gone back into the business to grow it into a strong, sustainable, and profitable brand. We hope to accelerate the process with our Indiegogo campaign.
How many barns will you allow to participate in the campaign?
We hope to eventually have the infrastructure to support as many barns that apply. This will require an entire department of its own, and a mix of paid staff and volunteers.
